Choosing a convenient partner is one of the deciding factors in the success or failure of a business. In a free market economy, there may be a large supply of potential partners, but finding the suitable and convenient one is a challenge.

We provide services in the search for alternative business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors, conduct negotiation procedures, legal counselling and supervision of the primary stages of the contract deliverables.
Partner search is normally divided in 4 stages:
1. Understanding our client’s needs and his offer, in the areas of procurement and sales, business model and aims.
2. Preparing a list of potential partners. Avoiding the typical listings, not only do we propose new suppliers or clients, but pro-actively suggest new areas of development where the potential partners do not operate yet.
3. Short-listing 3-5 candidates selected from the initial potential partner list.
4. Negotiating with the potential partner candidates, finalising the contract and supervising the key deliverables during the initial stage of the project. Using our knowledge and experience, we also propose pragmatic solutions to optimise the business cycle and create growth. New distribution channels established by our firm have reached a turn-over exceeding 1 million PLN in their first year of existence.
Stage 1: Understanding the needs
This is the conceptual part of the project which we conduct together with the client, clarifying the methodology and principles of progress defined by the client. The aim is to create a complete list of expectations and deliverables which we will use as a road-map for the project implementation. This primary stage is essential for the success of the project and allows us to guarantee the fulfilment of the client’s expectations.
Stage 2: List of potential partners
The list is created following the initial indications provided during stage 1. This report is based on the analysis of open-source data gathered by desk-research and contains the following information:
* contact details
* address of the Head office
* information regarding the type and legal status of the firm
* contact information to the key persons, decision-makers
The list is supported by:
* data gathered on the internet
* information from the media – press, television, radio and announcements
* in-house database
* interviews with distributors, producers and other key market players
Stage 3: short-listing 3-5 suitable candidates
The list obtained following stage 2 allows us to perform a thorough analysis of the candidates and short-list a group of 3-5 firms which, in our opinion, would be the best candidate for partnership in a specific market sector.
The short-listed candidates are selected using:
telephone interviews with the management of the candidate-firm
* analysis of documentation (amongst other: financial reports, questionnaires) supplied by the candidate-firm or supplied by Market-research firms (on demand)
* detailed presentation of the candidate-firms’ growth potential.
* Gather information about the conditions of the tender and attainability of the offer.
On the client’s demand, we may provide customised information from other sources to fulfil the individual needs of a given firm
Stage 4: Negotiating with the potential partners
At this stage, Wisdom Consulting offers the following services:
* representing or counselling the client during the negotiation process
* translation of documents / providing translator during negotiations with the candidates
* organising transportation and accommodation for the client’s representative
* legal counselling
* other services
