PET strapping board extrusion machine

PET Strapping Band Production line features and technical data: PET strapping band production is designed and developed new type machine by our company the comprehensive study of equipment and scientific, reasonable matching, the production practice of the long-term repeatedly, drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign similar mechanical design strengths, combining characteristic of plastic products in China. The machine use variable-frequency motor as power resource. The mechanical transmission adopts soft connection. Its rotation is exact and smooth, saving power and low noise.
PET which has the advantage of good rigidity, heat-resistance, no rust and its specific gravity is 1/5 of steel specific gravity, is mainly used for packing. Features of PET are high tensile strength, good extensibility, impact resistance, not easily broken, cheap price, and flexible, convenient operation, safe and reliable.
