with respect ,I have LOI for the purchase of 2.2 million metric tons of cement as attached, the
length of this contract is for 24 months. There is no strict requirement for the exact quantity per shipment, as long as we receive the entire quantity in 24 months.

Now a few points:

? The manufacturer must have SABS certificate for cement. There is no point for us in purchasing

cement with any other certificate if the South African customs do not allow the cargo to be discharged in Durban.
? I can provide you with a BCL in 48 hours, however we will not issue a BCL unless the manufacturer will show us their SABS certificate (strict
requirement from our client).
