| The vulnerable part "hammer head" (board hammer) used in clinker-crushing machine is a recognized problem. The "Sandwich" hammer head which is invented by Zhengzhou Dingsheng technicians through hard working has thoroughly resolved this problem which puzzled generations of technicians of cement and anti-abrasion material. This invention have unexampled technological advantages. The vulnerable part of "sandwich" super hammer head is the cutter; the hammer handle is a permanent part, the anti-abrasion block is a semi-permanent part made of "super chrome". The normal replacement of cutter is a matter of removing a single bolt. The replacement is very easy. The cutter is made of TiC which is a material with super hardness, high tenacity and super abrasion resistance. Its hardness is much higher than that of super chrome cutter or that of conventional carbide alloy. It presents super abrasion resistance in clinker crushing. The cutter is sharp all the time.
